It was fairly clean and the staff were very friendly and responsive, beds were comfortable. I had a brand-new room with a nice decor. The cost was usd 741.

Our stay at Chang Siam Inn was fantastic. The value for money was excellent and the rooms were perfect for our group. The location couldn't have been better, with markets, shopping malls, and convenience stores all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags after check out. A special mention to Attica, the amazing skybar just 100m away.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety and options.

Very comfortable big beds, extremely clean, lovely rooms (the one I had was on the end of the row and had windows), free drinking water, excellent strong hot showers, good air conditioning units, TV's with loads of channels, lift, free internet (both wifi and computer usage in the lobby) lovely hotel right near a main Skytrain station. Walking distance to the Bayoke Tower. Taxi drivers aren't sure where it is so ask for the Ramada - it's on the road directly opposite that.

There was some confusion about another guest having to pay to use the towels, and I overheard and got anxious about what I had paid for in my room and whay might be waiting on my bill when I checked out. It seemed to be a big misunderstanding, as I was not asked for more money but the broken english explanation wasn't clear and I was left confused as to what had happend! Ah well!

An ideal property, clean, comfortable location very near shopping mall. I thoroughly enjoyed my room - well-equipped and modern with 2 single beds. I have to thank very friendly staff for a very good stay: )

Location right by pratunam market, platinum shopping mall and central world, Platinium fashion mall, and Pratunam shopping center. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The room at Chang Siam Inn was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a budget traveller like me.

Personally, I didn't care for the hydromassage showerhead in the bathroom, but I understand that some guests may enjoy it.

Chang Siam Inn like a boutique style all decorate by wooden which very hard to find hotel style like this in Bangkok. Hotel just opened the end of January 2013, so everything is very new. Staff is very helpful and freindly, at the nice lobby have a free computer for using Internet wifi for free. We like this hotel area bcz it is in Pratunam are which have a lot of shopping mall around there. I can walk to there only 7 min. Aftershopping all day we came back hotel and go to foot massage, spa shop is next to the hotel, we paid only thb200 for 1 hours. The important things that hotel is near Airport Link, Rachaprarob Station, you can walk to there about 10 min. To go to Suvannaphum Airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my five-day trip to Bangkok. The staff was extremely helpful and fulfilled my requests promptly. The location is bustling with various food options nearby, including a 7-eleven. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel even provided free toast bread for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity and comfort of the hotel, especially considering the price. The area is busy day and night, ensuring no shortage of food options or safety concerns. The Ratchaprarop Airport Link station is also within walking distance.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Also, location was comfy and absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from Pratunam Market. Plus, it was so close to shopping malls, makkasan station, and TO PLATINUM MALL, BIG C MALL, WORLD TRADE CENTRE PLAZZA, PATUNAM MARKET. The room was well-equipped, had clean en suite bathroom.

Marvellous location, not too far away from The Market Bangkok. 16 miles to the airport. Cheap food for dinner and breakfast...

The location was strategic and best possible, the staff was very amiable. Everything was fine and within 21 minutes' drive of Don Muang airport.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, not very far from Pantip Plaza. The standard room was exceptionally nice with bolted window. The staff were nice in the whole hotel.
